Maya Consulting is searching for an experienced Test Manager to join our growing team of ERP professionals.

As a test manager you will be responsible for holistically planning and managing the testing lifecycle and will work extensively with various entities of the customer’s organisation. You are experienced in managing testing processes and you can ensure a high quality of the testing process throughout the project. Furthermore, you will have an essential role in navigating the process from selection of suitable tools to the implementation process. You possess the holistic understanding of the entirety of the projects and understand the importance of end-to-end processes.
You are attributed with detail-oriented and efficient work methods and are an active team member with an attitude for constant improvement. You embrace responsibility for the success of the customer’s project by creating a trustful relationship with everyone from teammates to stakeholders and by actively listening to the client’s needs and translating them efficiently to the implementation process.
What we expect from you:
- Experience with various projects and testing processes
- Extensive experience with one or more acknowledged ERP technology
- Broad understanding of project and development models, software integrations and architectures
- Suitable technical education
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Finnish and professional working proficiency in English
