Our retail customer came with a task to develop a custom application installed on a modern in-store scanning device. The end-users of the solution were not only the external customers but also our internal staff, and we were tasked with improving internal processes to gain operational efficiency. The Application was designed to be scalable and easy to maintain to avoid any vendor-locks.
